Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The SpinCounts Artist Boost (the "Promotion") is sponsored by SPINCOUNTS INC, a Massachusetts corporation ("Sponsor"). A business mailing address will be added before the drawing and before any promotional email is sent. Website: spincounts.com. Phone: 929-404-0900. Email: info@spincounts.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to anyone, anywhere in the world, who is at least 13 years old at the time of entry, where the Promotion is allowed by law. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants may be artists of any kind, independent or signed, emerging or established, in any genre. A manager, label representative or other person may enter on behalf of an artist only if they are authorized to submit the track and to accept the prize for that artist.

Instagram follow: to be eligible, an entrant must follow @spincountsofficial on Instagram, as described in Section 4, and must keep following it until the winner is verified (Section 8).

Entrants under 18 (minors): if you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to enter. Your parent or guardian must read and agree to these Official Rules, and must accept the Prize on your behalf, including signing any prize affidavit, claim form or other paperwork Sponsor asks for. If the winner is a minor, the Prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or guardian on the minor's behalf. Entrants under 13 are not eligible.

Verification: Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to verify their age, location and parent or guardian's consent (for example by email or by providing reasonable proof), and may disqualify any entry that cannot be verified.

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Each entrant is responsible for following the laws that apply to them where they live. All federal, state, provincial, national and local laws apply.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 10:38 AM Eastern Time (ET), when the entry form opens, and ends on Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). This is a month-long giveaway: entries are open through Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper, and all times are Eastern Time (the local time in New York). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

1. Follow @spincountsofficial on Instagram (https://instagram.com/spincountsofficial) from your own Instagram account. Following is free and needs no purchase. Keep following until the winner is verified.
2. Go to spincounts.com/artist-boost/ during the Entry Period.
3. Complete the entry form with: your name, artist or stage name, a valid email address, your date of birth, your country, the handle of the Instagram account that follows @spincountsofficial (you must give the correct handle), and a link to one song on Spotify (open.spotify.com/track) or Apple Music (music.apple.com). If you are under 18, you must also give your parent or guardian's name and tick the box confirming that your parent or guardian has read the Official Rules and agrees to your entry. Tick the box confirming that you follow @spincountsofficial on Instagram.
4. Have a free SpinCounts account. The form will create one for you (or sign you in) using your email. Creating an account is free and never requires payment information.
5. Confirm that you've read and agree to these Official Rules (and, if you are under 18, that your parent or guardian does too), and confirm your email address using the link we send you. Only entries with a confirmed email are eligible.

Following @spincountsofficial on Instagram is required to enter. Sharing or posting about SpinCounts is not required and does not affect your chances. Ticking the marketing-email box on the form is not required and does not affect your chances.

No purchase necessary. Entering does not require buying any product or service, and buying anything will not increase your chance of winning.

5. Limit One Entry

One entry per person, and one entry per email address and per track link, for the whole Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person, using different emails, accounts or other means, may be disqualified. Entries made by scripts, bots or automated means are void. Entries are not accepted from groups or by mail.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one Airplay Accelerator campaign for one song (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $849 USD. The Prize runs 8 weeks and, as described on spincounts.com/promotion/ on October 31, 2026, includes weekly airplay reports and:

• Multiple targeted music submissions to all stations matching your genre, plus an AI analytical breakdown of stations playing similar music around the globe, plus analytical breakdown and submission to stations playing similar music.
• iHeart, FM, SiriusXM, Apple, and Digital radio globally.
• Spotify playlist submissions
• Social media support - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube.
• LIVE LINK — REAL TIME tracking of all airplay & analytics.
• Extra promotional push to FM STATIONS - iHeart, SiriusXM, Music Choice.

The Live Link is part of the Prize and is included in the ARV above; it is not added on top of it. Not included: any package, service or feature not listed above, including other SpinCounts campaign tiers, phone calls to programmers, on-air commercials, station interviews and label introductions.

The Prize is a radio promotion campaign. Pitching doesn't guarantee airplay; the prize is a promotion campaign, not guaranteed plays or chart positions. Radio outreach and playlist submissions do not guarantee airplay or placement. Playlist submissions, social media support and other services are arranged by Sponsor's team after the Prize is claimed. Results vary.

The winner must choose a campaign start date that falls within 60 days after the winner confirms the song and returns the required paperwork. If the winner has not confirmed the song, returned the paperwork and set a start date within those 60 days, the Prize is forfeited. Delays caused by Sponsor do not count against the winner. The Prize must be used for one song that the winner is authorized to submit. The Prize has no cash value, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable. If the Prize is later changed on spincounts.com, the Prize remains as described in these Rules.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible, confirmed entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on Monday, November 30, 2026, by Sponsor, using a random number generator on the exported list of confirmed entries. Selection is not based on skill, popularity, follower count or the quality of the music. Sponsor will also randomly draw two (2) alternates, in order, in case the winner is disqualified or does not claim. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

8. Winner Notification, Claim, Alternates and Final Cutoff

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter (and at the parent or guardian's email, if one was provided for a minor), by 11:59 PM ET on Monday, November 30, 2026. The potential winner must reply to confirm and complete any reasonable eligibility confirmation (age, location, parent or guardian consent if the winner is under 18, authority to submit the song, and any prize affidavit or claim form) by Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Instagram follow check: before the Prize is awarded, Sponsor will check that the Instagram account the potential winner gave on the entry form follows @spincountsofficial. Sponsor checks this by looking at the followers of @spincountsofficial on Instagram; no purchase or login is needed from the winner. The account must remain a follower until the winner is verified. If the potential winner's account does not follow @spincountsofficial when checked, or the account cannot be checked (for example because the handle was changed, is wrong or the account is private or no longer available), the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may notify an alternate. The same check applies to each alternate.

If the potential winner does not reply by that deadline, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Rules, the Prize is forfeited and Sponsor will notify the first alternate on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, and then, if needed, the second alternate. Each alternate has three (3) days from their notice to reply. If no winner is confirmed by Tuesday, December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, the Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are blocked, filtered or sent to a spam folder. Please keep your email address current and check your spam folder.

Sponsor may announce that the drawing has taken place. Sponsor will not announce a winner's name publicly until that winner has confirmed the Prize and the publicity permission in Section 10 is in place.

9. Taxes and Costs

The winner (and, for a minor, the winner's parent or guardian) is solely responsible for any taxes, duties and other costs of accepting and using the Prize, and for following the local laws that apply to them. Sponsor may ask for tax or identity paperwork where the law requires it.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, and subject to the rest of this section, by accepting the Prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name (or the name the winner chooses), artist or stage name, song title and country to announce the winner and promote Sponsor on Sponsor's website, social media accounts and emails, without further payment or approval, for 24 months from the announcement. This does not include photos, video or other likeness, a testimonial or any endorsement, which Sponsor will use only with the winner's separate written permission. For winners who are under 18, or who live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this publicity is optional: Sponsor will not publish the winner's name or details without that winner's (or a minor's parent or guardian's) separate, voluntary permission, and declining does not affect the Prize. Where publicity is required and the winner declines, the Prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate. Sponsor may also disclose the winner's first name, last initial and country on request under Section 17.

11. Privacy and Entry Data

Entries are used to run the Promotion: to confirm eligibility (including your age and, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian's consent), set up your free SpinCounts account and artist page, send your page link and airplay report, contact the winner, and keep records. The entry form collects your name, artist name, email, date of birth, country, your Instagram handle, song link and the optional details you choose to give. If you tick the optional box, we'll also send you SpinCounts news, tips and offers by email; you can unsubscribe any time, and you can enter without ticking it. We do not sell your information. See the SpinCounts Privacy Policy: https://spincounts.com/privacy/. We keep entry records for two (2) years after the drawing, and winner, tax and legal records for as long as the law requires. Your free SpinCounts account stays until you delete it; deleting entry records does not delete your account.

12. Release, Disqualification and Fraud

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant, and void any entry, that it believes in good faith is fraudulent, uses false information, tampers with the entry process or the Promotion, uses bots or automated means, breaks these Rules, or acts in a way that is unsportsmanlike or disruptive. By entering, you confirm that you own or are authorized to submit the song, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. CAUTION: Attempts to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless SPINCOUNTS INC, its owners, employees, contractors and agents from any liability, claim, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, including any claim related to technical failures, late, lost or misdirected entries or emails, or website or network problems. Sponsor is not responsible for any error in these Rules, in advertising of the Promotion, or in the selection or announcement of the winner. If the Promotion can't run as planned because of events beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it, and will post a notice at spincounts.com/artist-boost/. Nothing in these Rules limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

14. No Platform Sponsorship; Release

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. It is also not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Apple, iHeartRadio, SiriusXM or Music Choice, or any radio station or playlist named or referred to in connection with the Promotion. Each entrant releases Instagram and Meta, and each of those other companies, from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Promotion. Entrants provide information to SpinCounts, not to those companies, and questions about the Promotion should be sent to Sponsor.

15. Pitching Doesn't Guarantee Airplay

Pitching doesn't guarantee airplay. Winning the Prize does not guarantee that any station will play your song, or any chart position, stream count or audience result. Each station decides for itself.

16. Governing Law

These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

17. Winner's Name

To request the first name, last initial and country of the winner (available from Wednesday, December 16, 2026, for 30 days), email info@spincounts.com with the subject "Artist Boost winner". For a minor winner, Sponsor will say only that the winner is a minor and give the country.
