Questions
Is the airplay report really free?
Completely free — it just needs a free account. Sign up with an email address and you get the full report: every station playing the track, spins per day, reach by country, plus the detailed report with a station-by-station daily breakdown and a geographic heat map. No credit card, no trial, nothing to cancel.
How many reports do I get?
Once you claim your artist profile, reports on your own catalogue are free and unlimited — run them as often as you like, on every track you have. Reports on other artists use one credit a month on the free plan.
Where does the data come from?
SpinCounts monitors 3,800+ radio stations around the clock — terrestrial, digital and satellite — and logs every play with the station, the market and the timestamp. Nothing is estimated or modelled: a spin in your report is a play we actually detected.
I cannot find my song.
Two reasons are common. Either the track has not been played on a station we monitor yet, or it is in our database under a slightly different spelling — try searching the artist name on its own. If it is genuinely missing, you can add it yourself in about a minute and we will start tracking it.
Does a report prove my airplay to a label or promoter?
That is what it is built for. Every report has its own public link you can paste into a pitch, an EPK or a bio link — whoever opens it sees the real numbers without needing an account, and the page keeps updating as new spins come in.
